Childbirth Education
This includes a 16-hour childbirth education course, personalized birth preference planning, a hands-on hospital bag packing session, and postpartum preparation—all available in-home or virtually.
Throughout your pregnancy, you’ll also have access to doula support—so whether you need reassurance, resources, or a listening ear, I’m just a message away.

This 60-minute session helps you explore your options, get educated, and feel confident heading into delivery. Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your values and prepares you for what’s ahead.

This 60-minute session helps you prepare for life after birth—from healing and emotional shifts to feeding, sleep, and support systems. We’ll cover the essentials, talk through options, and set you up with tools to navigate postpartum with confidence and care.
