I’m like a personalized, real-life Google in the room—one who understands your values, your hopes, and your unique situation. I help you make sense of what’s happening in the moment, offer comfort techniques, guide decision-making, and support emotional well-being for everyone involved. My role is to help you feel grounded, connected, and confident—so your birth experience feels supported, respected, and truly yours.

4 Prenatal Sessions
1-2 hours each
Prenatal #1: Birth Goals + Foundation
We’ll talk through your pregnancy, your hopes/fears, and start building a birth plan that feels realistic and empowering.
Prenatal #2: Labor Prep + Comfort Tools
We’ll cover the stages of labor, coping techniques, and partner support so you both feel prepared when contractions hit.
Prenatal #3: Interventions + Advocacy
We’ll go over common medical interventions, decision-making tools, and how to advocate for your preferences with confidence.
Prenatal #4: Postpartum + Newborn Prep
We’ll prep for recovery, feeding, newborn basics, and create a postpartum plan that supports your whole family.
Unlimited Support
From the moment you hire me, you’ll have ongoing support for questions, reassurance, and guidance—whether it’s “is this normal?” or “please tell me I’m not crazy.”
On-Call Birth Support
I’m officially on-call for you starting at 37 weeks, ready to support you the moment labor begins.
Labor & Birth Support
I provide hands-on, continuous support throughout labor and delivery—including comfort measures, emotional support, positioning, and partner guidance.
4 Hour Postpartum Visit
A dedicated postpartum visit to support your recovery, answer newborn and feeding questions, and help you feel grounded as you transition into life with your baby.
